Not receiving notifications
Missing notifications are usually a phone setting rather than a fault in the app.
Check in order
- Notifications are on in InfoPhone’s own settings.
- Notifications are allowed for InfoPhone in your phone’s settings.
- The chat is not muted.
- Battery saving or background restrictions are not applied to InfoPhone.
- Do not disturb or focus mode is not silencing it.
Aggressive battery saving is the most common cause on Android. Excluding InfoPhone from it usually fixes this for good.
