App crashing or freezing

1. Close InfoPhone completely and reopen it.
2. Restart your phone.
3. Update InfoPhone to the latest version.
4. Check you have free storage — a nearly full phone causes odd behaviour.
5. Update your phone’s operating system.

If it keeps happening, report the problem and tell us what you were doing at the time. Do not uninstall without a backup — that removes your message history.
