Understanding the InfoPhone account

Your InfoPhone account lives on one phone. Everything else — InfoPhone Web, a tablet — is a linked device borrowing that account.

What lives where

  • Your phone holds the account and stores your chat history.
  • Linked devices mirror your chats while they stay connected to your phone.
  • Removing a linked device does not touch anything on your phone.

How an account ends

There is no sign-out on the phone itself. An account ends only when you delete it, or when the number is verified on a different phone — the old phone then loses access.
