Syncing contacts from your phone
Contact sync matches your address book against InfoPhone so you can see who is already here.
If sync is not working
- Check that InfoPhone has contact permission in your phone’s settings.
- Pull down on the chat list to refresh.
- Make sure numbers are saved with the country code.
Contacts you have only chatted with, and never saved, are held temporarily. Saving them in your address book makes them permanent.
