Why calls fail to connect

Check on your side
- You have a working internet connection.
- Microphone and camera permissions are granted to InfoPhone.
- The app is up to date.
Check the other side
- They are online — a call cannot ring a phone with no connection.
- They have not blocked you.
- Their phone is not in a mode that silences everything.
